Customer Service Specialist (Brussels center)

The responsibility of a Customer Service Specialist is to be a brand ambassador. He or she is the principal and privileged point of contact for the client with whom he or she is in direct contact by telephone or e-mail.

Principal tasks:

- Managing new clients
- Taking orders and ensuring they are fulfilled
- Maintaining proactivity with the client
- Taking care of machine problems
- Daily, active management of the database
- Informing the client
- Controlling payments

Profile

- You speak fluently English, Norwegian, Danish or Swedish
- Able to welcome clients and personalize the contact based on their profile.
- Able to identify a breakdown or a problem and to split it into logical elements.
- Experience in telephone sales and dealing with high-end clients (hotel business, travel agencies, airlines) is a plus.
- Flexible and courteous personality; works well in a team.
