After an intensive IT training of one month you will be able to respond to and resolve customer requests on the use of several software applications, on password resets, hardware, connectivity, messaging and Internet problems.
ICT-knowledge is an important asset, but you get an internal training; what is more important is the languages you speak. The company needs people who speak fluent English and Norwegian. You will work for the European Service Desk from Monday to Friday in shifts between 6am and 10pm.
